February 9, 2010 Home Buyers, Home Sellers, Oregon No Comments

If you live in or own a rental, or are planning on selling your home, these are two laws you should be aware of.

Effective July 1, 2010, HB3450 will require landlords renting out a dwelling with a source of carbon monoxide to provide a carbon monoxide alarm and instructions.

Beginning August 1, 2010 Senate Bill 102 will require sellers to remove any uncertified woodstove.
